Stephen Maynard deed, 1773.

Unsigned deed to Selectmen of New London, Conn., by Stephen Maynard, of house and land that day deeded to him by his father David and his overseer Thomas Harding, upon condition that Stephen support David and his wife Rebecca in a suitable manner according to the judgment of the Selectmen, clearing the Town of New London from any expense on behalf of those persons.
